ISOLATION – SELF RESET! 

I’m having my very first 8 week ‘Self Reset' online LIVE course. 

Before Covid19, did you feel disconnected in some way? Maybe you were on your self-discovery path but life got in the way and you stopped? Maybe it was on your ‘to do’ list but you just never got around to it, but slowly you were feeling disconnected in some way? You want to get back on track but don't know where to start?

This 8 week course is to help you reset and re-connect with you - Spiritually, Physically, Mentally & Emotionally. Bringing back balance and connection to your higher self.  I will talk you through all the steps I have found to reignite that light that has dimmed.  

Now more than ever, we have been given the opportunity to reconnect.  Some of us have been forced to slow down, be in the moment and not have too many distractions that take you away from this important time.   

I’ve been doing many workshops over the years and I have taken the most essential parts of each class and will be sharing it with you in this course.  How it all entwines with all thats going on in the world, and how to get yourself back on track. It will help reignite your passion and deep purpose, help you to understand and reconnect with your gifts and Reset yourself, so that once this is over you will be more connected than ever.
