RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

Availability is not guaranteed without a courtesy hold confirmation. After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 days to secure the reservation. Visa, MasterCard and bank transfers are accepted as payment. Any bank fees are the responsibly of the guest.

Due to the nature of this retreat single share or twin share with your travelling companion only are available

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend this Retreat.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

You must submit your signed  participation agreement and liability waiver form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so, may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.

Check - In from 2pm Check - Out by 12 noon

According to Indonesian Law a copy of every guest’s passport will be taken upon check in.

The Hirer shall vacate the premises by the agreed time set out in our written confirmation.

 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

To join the retreat you must have travel insurance.   Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for MEDICAL, MEDICAL EVACUATION, FORCE MAJEURE, TRIP CANCELLATION. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

Every client must provide full insurance details at the time of payment, along with a signed copy of the participation and liability waiver form. Failure to do so results in a cancelation of the booking and forfeiting the paid deposit.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing. If you cancel for any reason any monies paid will not be refunded.

The Retreat organiser will not be liable for cancellation, failure of, or delay in performing it’s obligations under this agreement due to force majeure events (Earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, volcanic activity or other natural disasters, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo or epidemic) or if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to the participant.

If we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement. The Retreat organiser is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Exceptions to the Retreat’s guest cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer any credit for arriving late or departing early, missing activities or not utilizing any part of the program.

AMENDMENTS

Prices and services are subject to change. The invoiced price includes the services as stated on the invoice and the booking confirmation connected with that invoice. Any additional agreements will be communicated via written form. The Retreat organiser reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.

The Retreat organiser reserves the right to change its offer or individually agreed services due to extraordinary circumstances s (e.g. external forces, governmental regulations, delays of third parties, weather and oceanic conditions, etc.). If any essential contract paragraph is changed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The retreat schedule and inclusions can change at any time without notice. The program listed on the website is always applicable.

The Retreat organiser reserves the right to change its location due to unforeseen issues (e.g. third party delays or problems, construction, etc.) We will endeavour to ensure the standard be kept the same in all the partnering villas / resorts.

The Retreat organiser reserves the right to change or amend this policy at anytime. The current policy is always applicable.

Prices subject to change due to currency fluctuation, government policy, etc.

 

 

PAYMENT

Early Bird Full payment is required no later than 5 days after booking confirmation. For Deposit now, pay in July, Deposits are required no later than 5 days after booking confirmation. Balance is due before the end of July at your convenience.

Bank fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the guest.

 

The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected package to their place of accommodation in cash, in the local currency (IDR) or where facilities allow, credit card payments can be accepted.

 

DATA USE & PROTECTION

The customer agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the company, and also agrees that the company may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent. The customer agrees that the company for marketing and market research purposes may use his/her personal data. The company assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfill the booking or deliver the requested service. The customer can terminate this agreement at any time in written form via email. In that case, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for marketing/market research purposes.

 

LIABILITY

Damage or Losses; any damage or losses happens at the accommodation, retreat seminars or any locations during the rental period will be guest’s responsibility.

The retreat organiser, accommodation or third party suppliers their management or staff is not responsible for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience of guest during stay within the property.
