RATES

All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are for 5 day / 4 night retreat (all rooms can be set as a Single or Shared) and include a set 4 x breakfasts, 3 x lunches & 4 x dinners.  It's the guests responsibility to let facilitator know of food allergies or specific food requirements at least 2 weeks before event so appropriate foods can be arranged.

WIFI is Free to all guests.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

All bookings are non-refundable.  If you must cancel, Cancellations must be received in writing and any monies paid will not be refunded.  

​The Retreat organiser will not be liable for cancellation, failure of, or delay in performing her obligations under this agreement due to unforeseen natural events (Earthquake, flooding, natural disasters, or in the case of war, terrorist activities, or epidemic) or if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to the participant.

​If we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement. The Retreat organiser is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

​Exceptions to the Retreat’s guest cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer any credit for arriving late or departing early, missing activities or not utilizing any part of the program.

​Please submit your signed  participation agreement and liability waiver form upon confirmation.

​AMENDMENTS

​The Retreat organiser reserves the right to change its offer or individually agreed services due to extraordinary circumstances s (e.g. external forces, governmental regulations, delays of third parties, weather, etc.). If any essential contract paragraph is changed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The retreat schedule and inclusions can change at any time without notice. The program listed on the website is always applicable.

​The Retreat organiser reserves the right to change its location due to unforeseen issues (e.g. third party delays or problems, construction, etc.) We will endeavour to ensure the standard be kept the same.

DATA USE & PROTECTION

​The customer agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the retreat, and also agrees that the Rose Monaco may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent. The customer agrees that Rose Monaco may use his/her personal first name and country for reference during promotions & marketing. Rose Monaco assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfill the booking or deliver the requested service. The customer can terminate this agreement at any time in written form via email. In that case, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for marketing purposes.

LIABILITY

​Damage or Losses; any damage or losses happens at the accommodation, or any locations during the retreat period will be guest’s responsibility.

​The retreat organiser, accommodation or third party suppliers their management or staff is not responsible for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience of guest during stay within the property.

BREAKAGES & LOSSES
You are responsible for leaving your room/chalet in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately to us. Any damage will be according to Naravi's terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER
Rose Monaco from Believe the Best is yet to Come, is not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are on this retreat. You are responsible for your own belongings. You are advised have insurance to include personal belongings since these items are not covered by the facilitators insurance. The facilitator shall not be liable to the client: * for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes, or other matters beyond our control.
